Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
Maria Miró Molons is the CONTROLLER of the personal data provided by the USER and informs that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Purpose of data processing
The personal data provided will be processed for the following purposes:
To respond to inquiries, requests, or any type of petition made by the USER through the contact forms or communication channels available on this website.
To manage communications related to professional activity and to carry out statistical analyses aimed at improving the service.
No commercial communications will be sent without the USER’s prior and explicit consent.
Legal basis for processing
The processing of personal data is based on Article 6 of the GDPR:
User consent, granted by checking the corresponding box and submitting the contact forms.
Legitimate interest of the Controller, for the proper management of communications and service improvement.
Data retention
Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or while legal obligations require its retention.
Once no longer necessary, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
Data recipients
No personal data will be disclosed to third parties, except when necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, to service providers related to communications, with whom the appropriate data processing agreements have been signed.

The USER has the right to:
Withdraw consent at any time.
Access, rectify, erase and port their personal data.
Request restriction or object to the processing of their data.
Lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
(www.aepd.es).

The Controller complies with all GDPR and LOPDGDD requirements and has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data.
